When Leela Srinivasan joined LinkedIn almost 4 years ago, there were 500 employees; now there are well over 4,000. Following a stint in B2B product marketing, Leela became Group Marketing Manager for Linkedin Talent Solutions, and she now runs content marketing, social media marketing and conferences for LinkedIn’s largest and fastest-growing business. Prior to joining LinkedIn, Leela spent 3 years at management consulting firm Bain & Company in San Francisco and London. Leela earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and her undergraduate degree from the University of Edinburgh in her native Scotland. A 3-year resident of Chapel Hill, Leela’s spare time is fully taken up with her husband and three daughters under the age of 5.
